Shipping policy

Orders are processed and delivered from our warehouse in Los Angeles Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 2-5 business days for our team to pick up and pack your order. Shipping timeframes are in addition to our processing times. Orders will be delivered Monday to Friday. Please note that once your order is on its way, we are unable to change the shipping address.  

 

US Shipping

We charge a $12 flat rate for US shipping through UPS. 

 

International Shipping

We charge a $85 flat rate for express worldwide shipping through DHL. 

Please note: Customers are responsible for local duties & taxes in their country.  Customers may request a refund on local duties & taxes paid on returned merchandise by contacting DHL. The return shipment will be deducted from the total amount refunded.

 

Lost Packages

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that may become lost in transit. It is the responsibility of the receiver to locate packages. We will, however, do everything in our power to assist you.  We highly suggest you select a delivery address you trust and preferably one where someone is able to receive and sign for the package. 

ALL Shipping Costs are Non-Refundable.
