Returns

You must request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, with their tags attached, and with the original packaging.

We cannot accept returned garments that have makeup stains and/or garments that smell of perfume. Please take care when trying on garments. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you at an additional charge. 

To start a return, you can contact us at team@nuajenuaje.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

   

Final Sale

Items marked as "final sale" cannot be returned. If merchandise is returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to you at an additional charge.

Taxes & Duties

Orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country ["Import Fees"]. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. Regulations for import duties and taxes vary by country and we are unable to control these costs or predict their amount. If you refuse a shipment from Nuaje Nuaje, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Nuaje Nuaje.

Refunds

Original shipping charges and duties and taxes are non-refundable and shipping charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. Nuajenuaje.com takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
